Engagement of TradeFlow as your marketing agency is governed by a separate written services agreement, which will detail scope, pricing, term, and cancellation. The website itself does not constitute a binding services agreement.
Our standard agency engagements are month-to-month with cancellation per the services agreement. No long-term lock-in. Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once work begins.
Where included, territory exclusivity is granted contractually as part of your services agreement. It applies to your trade category within the agreed geographic radius for the duration of your active retainer. It does not survive termination.
All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, layouts) is © TradeFlow Marketing unless otherwise noted. Brand assets developed for clients become the client's property upon final payment per the services agreement.
Marketing performance varies by trade, geography, market conditions, ad budget, and the contractor's own close rate. Numbers shown on our site (such as 22× ROI averages) reflect aggregate results from contractors using our methodology and are not guarantees of individual outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeFlow's total liability under any services agreement is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
